I didn’t know much about this band until they posted on my Facebook Page. I checked them out and they have their S/T release up for free download from their SoundCloud Page.
And it’s a superb blast of hard-rocking riffs moulded in the best Sludge/Stoner Metal fashion. You get 6 songs on for an impressive 31 minutes or so. All of the tracks are superbly played and produced and show what this mighty fine band can do. Playing a sublime riff that will have you head-banging in no time.
There are no complex prog-metal riffs. Just straight good-old fashioned Sludge/Stoner Metal that top-notch Sludge/Stoner Metal bands like EHG, Crowbar, Down and Corrosion of Conformity are famous for. So if you’re into that blend of music then get checking these talented sludge rockers out. You won’t be sorry.
These guys do blend top-notch Sludge/Stoner Metal riffs with sublime hardcore vocals to match. This is another great band for everyone to check out. Standout tracks include the “Iron Worzel”, “Wood From Wood” and the 8:43 minute epic “Rust”.
